TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Announcements made by the auctioneer the day of the sale may supersede these terms and conditions and possibly update the availability of any and all items pictured. We recommend you attend the preview showings to make sure items are there that are pictured or described and that you are interested in bidding on.
We have endeavored to describe the items correctly, but everything is sold “as is.” It is the buyers responsibility to examine items they wish to purchase before the sale to determine condition. Hidden defects cannot be described or shown.
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Expressand Discovery. You must pay for your items before the items will be released to you.
A 10% Buyer's Premium is added to all winning bids.
We charge Sales Tax unless you have a State Tax Exemption Form on file with us or bring it with you. We have to be provided a copy.
Bidders must raise their number card and clearly state their number if called upon so the auctioneer can recognize their bids.
The auctioneer will announce the highest bid and the winning number will be recorded. In the event of a dispute, the Auctioneer shall have the sole and final authority to determine the successful bidder or tore- offer and re-sell the item.
On the fall of the Auctioneer’s gavel, title to the item will pass to the winning bidder, who then assumes full risk and responsibility for the item.
You must be a registered bidder to bid on items - registration is at the counter when you enter from Triana Blvd. You will receive a bid card with your unique number. By bidding, you are stating that you are ready and willing to purchase that item for your bid amount. If you are outbid, or your bid does not meet the seller's reserve price (in the rare event a reserve is placed on any item) you are under no obligation to buy. But in all other cases, you are entering a contract with the seller to buy the item, and to deliver payment within the time period specified i.e. at the end of the auction event or when you decide to leave the auction. If you can't pay, on time, don't bid! Your bids are final and non-retractable. All items purchased must be removed from the building on the day of the auction unless other arrangements are made with the auction company. Any item(s) not picked up within a 7 day period post auction, may have a storage fee of $10 a day added to your account. After 30 days, we will consider your item(s) abandoned and seek to resell said item and charge a minimum of 40% commission to your account if you come to reclaim them at a later date. In some cases, abandoned items may be donated to a charity of our choice. We are not responsible for items abandoned by any buyer.
