In order to enter the house for the sale you must have a buyer number, usually in a box by the front door.  We only allow a limited number of people in the house at one time so you will need to be patient, stay your distance from others as best you can but keep in mind 6' is the recommended space.  Make your purchase and leave as quickly as you can so that we can accommodate others. Please do not call for pricing as we are unable to accommodate this request. We do not do early or pre-sales, we cannot reserve an item for you before the sale. Numbers will go out approximately ONE HOUR before the sale begins each day, on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to bring help to load large things after you purchase them. Please Bring boxes and bags for your purchases!

Terms and Conditions:

• Absolutely NO early sales. 
• We do not price over the Phone, Email, or Facebook. You must attend the sale.
  
• Entry numbers are available APPROXIMATELY 1 hour before the opening of the sale. We only admit a certain number of people in the house at one time.
  
• We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  
• Sales tax is charged unless you can present us with a copy of a current Tax Exemption Form provided by your State.
  
• All Sales are Final. Please ask for help on large items - please don't pull the price tag yourself - we will mark the item as solD for you.  Also, sold means sold, it doesn't mean you can hold an item and then decide later you don't want it.
  
• WE CANNOT ALWAYS ASSIST YOU LOADING LARGE ITEMS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AND BRING APPROPRIATE HELP. 
  
• Some items may be withdrawn by family prior to the sale.​
